Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Studio Fitness.
These Terms include Studio Fitness's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
Binding Agreement. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and studiosunlife.com ("Studio Fitness," ,"Studiosunlife", "We," "Us", the "Company"). "You" and "Users" means all visitors to the Studio Fitness. You accept these Terms each time you access the Studio Fitness Service. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Studio Fitness.
Revisions to Terms. The Company may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version to this web page. You should visit this page periodically to review the most current Terms because you are bound by them. Your continued use of the Studio Fitness after a change to these Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of these Terms.
The Studio Fitness is defined as website and mobile application, under the Company's control, whether partial or otherwise, in connection with providing the classes provided by Studiosunlife. The Studio Fitness services or classes are paid.
The Studio Fitness classes or services are paid that allows Members who book courses or classes or services ("Members") to reserve classes or courses provided like zumba, hip hop, kickboxing, yoga, etc. At any time, and for any reason, we may change the pricing of our course or classes, or provide a discount or other consideration to some or all of our members; the amount and form of such consideration is at our sole and absolute discretion. Booking courses is pay by cash for now and members can cancel upto 2 hours before the class starts.
Course or Class Cancellation. According to course or class cancellation policies by Studio Fitness, cancellation is allowed upto 2 hours prior classes starts. If a class booked on the Studio Fitness is not canceled within the specified cancellation period, there will be no charge. You may cancel your course or class upto 2 hours before the class starts by going to "My classes" on the Studio Fitness app and clicking cancel. All payments are nonrefundable and there are no credits or refunds for partially used course periods.
Course or Class Search. As a Member, you may search for courses or classes and view related information about class workout types and times, instructor information, as well as the schedule and other related information such as time, date, day and other offerings. As stated more fully elsewhere in these Terms, the Company makes no representations as to the quality or nature of Fitness Providers or classes shown on the Studio Fitness. The Studio Fitness do not use third-party service providers to provide information about studios and classes or courses and to provide scheduling, booking and course or class information is subject to change, without notice.
Communications from Studio Fitness. By creating an account, you agree to receive certain communications in connection with the App and Studio Fitness course or classes. For example, you might receive notifications regarding course or class reservation and cancellation confirmations. You will also receive our e-mail newsletter from time to time. You can opt-out of non-essential communications by clicking the "Unsubscribe from this list" link at the bottom of all non-essential e-mails and entering your e-mail address in the subsequent form.
The contents of the Studio Fitness include: designs, text, graphics, images, information, logos, button icons, software, computer code, and other Studio Fitness content (collectively, "Studio Fitness Content"). All Studio Fitness Content is the property of Studiosunlife. or its licensors and is protected under copyright, trademark, and other laws. The compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement, and assembly) of all Studio Fitness Content on the Studio Fitness App or website is the exclusive property of Studiosunlife, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
License to You. The Company authorizes you, subject to these Terms, to access and use the Studio Fitness and the Studio Fitness Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This license is revocable at any time without notice and with or without cause. Unauthorized use of the Studio Fitness Content may violate copyright, trademark, and applicable communications regulations and statutes and is strictly prohibited. You must preserve all copyright, trademarks, service marks, and other proprietary notices contained in the original Studio Fitness Content on any copy you make of the Studio Fitness Content.
Studio Fitness Marks. Studiosunlife, the Studiosunlife logo, and other Studio Fitness logos and courses or classes names are or may be trademarks of Studiosunlife, (the "Studiosunlife Marks"). Without the Company's prior written permission, and except as solely enabled by any link as provided by Studio Fitness, you agree not to display or use in any manner the Studiosunlife Marks.
To use the Studio Fitness, you will need to log in with your Mobile number and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentially of your log-in credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur through the use of your credentials. You agree to notify the Company immediately if you believe the confidentiality of your login credentials has been compromised or if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. You agree that the Company will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your credentials.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company concerning your use of the Studio Fitness. The failure of the Company to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these Terms remain in full force and effect. The section titles in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
